[libre-riscv-dev] Failing test case module

I've successfully managed to get my own test case module to fail.

Note: I didn't say test case.  Rather, test case *module*.  The whole .py file.

(Don't worry; this is deliberate!  Still getting used to the
work-flow, and ironing out environmental issues.  Baby steps.)

keep us advised.  this is important, to get the order right.  already we
established that nmigen-soc being installed first is problematic.
