* look at SHIFTROT mask-based formal proofs.

looks like someone forgot to add an empty __init__.py file to
ieee754fpu/src/ieee754/part/
go ahead and add it if you like
many of the tests have bitrotted since we never finished off getting CI
working

"python3 setup.py install" - this should be "python3 setup.py develop"
