* went over DIV tests a bit. reorganised.
* likewise Trap
* generally bitched about maturin and was amazed and impressed when
they listened (cool!)
today:
* added some "names" to records that will help with the coriolis2 layout
* tracked down a MAJOR bug where the OE field was being set to the Rc field
* put div pia back in place
i can't quite believe it's taken this long, with all the unit tests in
place, to track down that bug in decoder_fields.py, from a
"convenience" dictionary that had been manually written. it set the
decode.OE field from the *Rc* field (msb0 bit 31) rather than msb0 bit
