 In Tomasulo's algorithm, the control logic is distributed among the
reservation stations, whereas in scoreboarding, the scoreboard keeps track
of everything.

false and misleading.

as previously mentioned, the Computation Unit latches (equivalent to RS
Row) contain READ REQUEST and GOREAD synchronisation that effectively is
just as "distributed" as Tomasulo.

also as previously mentioned the ROB CAM is just as centralised as the DMs.
